Pay: $44-$53/hour based on experience and applicable shift differential

What You'll Do as an RN: Registered Nurse: As an RN at St. Margaret's Center, you'll play an important role in assessing resident needs, coordinating care, and providing hands-on nursing support as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and perform clinical procedures in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
Assess and monitor residents' health status, responding appropriately to changes in condition, illness, injury, or medical emergencies
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant nursing documentation and medical records
Coordinate and communicate care needs with providers, caregivers, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members
Support infection prevention, safety, and quality standards while ensuring nursing equipment is properly maintained and functioning
Provide clinical guidance to staff and participate in team meetings, training, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications: Current and valid New York State RN license
Minimum of one year of experience in an acute care or long-term care setting
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
