Key Responsibilities Engage with raw, organic, and unvetted leads provided by the company and guide them through the real estate transaction process, regardless of their timeline

Ability to multitask and work effectively to manage a large lead pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and customer engagement

Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and showings for potential buyers

Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards related to real estate

Qualifications Proven experience as a successful Realtor

Valid real estate license in the state of Florida

Membership in good standing with a local real estate board

Computer skills and experience with CRM systems and lead management processes

Experience using Form Simplicity or Transaction Desk for transaction forms, and their respective electronic signature platforms for completing transactions electronically for the parties

Experience working and nurturing raw leads, with an understanding of both the short and long-term game.

Ability to understand and analyze real estate market trends, and prepare CMA's

a CRM system) for sales tracking and client management

Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed

Preferred Qualifications Country Club (golf) and/or waterfront property sales experience is a plus but not required

Previous experience working with a technology-driven real estate company

Comfortable with working/meeting remotely
