As a Security Officer - Alarm Response in Aurora, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Part‑Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first, values integrity, and brings an innovative approach to every shift.

Position Type: Part Time

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, entry points, and perimeter zones, to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

Monitor access points and verify credentials as required by site policy, helping to support restricted‑area control within an aero and defense location.

Assist with incident response, alarm follow‑up, and/or visitor and contractor interactions while maintaining professional communication and following post instructions.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
