Develop customized recommendations for seed, crop protection, fertilizer, and agronomic programs

Scout fields, evaluate crop conditions, and identify opportunities to improve performance

Partner with customers to develop season-long crop plans that drive results

Experience in agronomy sales, crop consulting, ag retail, or production agriculture

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Self-motivated with a passion for helping customers succeed

Work directly with progressive growers and cutting-edge crop solutions
