• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends.

Description:
The RN Charge/Supervisor will oversee nursing operations within the Behavioral Health division.
This position requires the supervision of a team of nursing staff and coordination of patient care.
The RN will work with both adult psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations.
Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility is preferred.
The RN should exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to motivate families in treatment planning.
The RN will be required to float among different units as necessary.
The shift will be from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:11.
Effective team management and crisis intervention skills are essential for this role.
The position demands a commitment to a high standard of patient care.
