As a Plumber at Josko LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of residents in multi-family and residential properties. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices. Our plumbers handle a wide range of services, from simple faucet repairs and drain cleaning to water heater installations and full plumbing system replacements.

Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems in multi-family and residential properties.

Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly communicate findings and solutions to customers, providing multiple repair options based on their needs and preferences.

Dispatch to job sites, prepare estimates, complete work orders, and collect payments.

Perform plumbing repairs efficiently and in accordance with company standards.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations using mobile applications.

Ensure proper maintenance of company-issued vehicle and equipment; Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Follow all company policies and directions from management.

Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service and repair plumber.

Availability to work weekends and participate in an on-call rotation, including night shifts.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain plumbing issues and solutions.
