Home Health Aide
Right at Home is seeking dependable, compassionate Home Health Aide to provide companion and personal cares to our clients in Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas. Companion care includes light housekeeping, laundry assistance, transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation and participating in activities the client enjoys like puzzles or games. Personal care includes help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. There is no level of experience or training required as we provide a training and mentoring program to help you be successful.
Compensation and Benefits for a Home Health Aide:

Teladoc Health Program (unlimited virtual health visits)
Health insurance after 60 days with a 30-hr work week minimum

Requirements of a Home Health Aide:

Proof of Car Insurance
Desire to care for older adults, keeping them safe and independent in their homes
Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide:

Provide personal cares- showers, dressing, assisted walking, transfers
Assist with feeding, medication reminders, meal planning
Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols
Provide companionship and engaging activities as appropriate
