Welder / Welding / Fabrication Welder

We are seeking a skilled and dependable professional to join our team and perform high-quality welding and fabrication work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with multiple welding processes, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing work that meets exacting standards.
Responsibilities

Perform welding and fabrication tasks using a combination of welding processes as assigned.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components with accuracy.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality, alignment, and adherence to specifications.
Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and related fabrication machinery safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Identify equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
Follow all applicable safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Qualifications

Previous experience in welding and metal fabrication preferred.
Ability to perform combination welding work with consistency and precision.
Familiarity with reading blueprints, measuring tools, and fabrication techniques.
Knowledge of welding safety practices and proper equipment use.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to perform job duties that may include standing, bending, lifting, and working in varying conditions.
Preferred Skills

Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, or other relevant welding methods.
Prior experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or fabrication environments.
Welding certification or related technical training.
