Head of Services - Support and Managed

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking a Service Supervisor with pest control experience to join our growing team. You’ll lead a team of Service Professionals, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and safety compliance across our North Haven operations.

Service Supervisor - Opportunity

Coach, support, and motivate Service Professionals through regular communication and field engagement

Drive performance through training, feedback, and performance management

Own Daily Operations

Oversee scheduling, routing, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted service

Review and approve weekly timesheets and coordinate with office staff

Perform technical service work as needed, including pest inspections and treatments, to support your team and maintain service quality

Ensure Quality & Compliance

Conduct ride-alongs, audits, inspections, and quality checks

Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Support client audits and reporting efforts

Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends as needed

Willingness and ability to occasionally perform technical service work in the field

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational systems

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Commercial Applicator License (Core)

Drug screening (excluding Marijuana/THC as allowed by law)
