Estimator Construction Management

Purchasing and Supply Chain

Regional Estimator

As a Regional Estimator at David Weekley Homes, you will provide critical support in the review and development of new plans, ensuring accurate and reliable material estimates across assigned markets. This position prepares take-offs, manages cutsheets, reviews plan changes, and updates estimates to support construction execution and organizational decision making. Partner with local teams to support variance elimination efforts.

Quality:

Confirm flooring cutsheets and ensure alignment with estimate quantities.

Estimate materials required to build each plan.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
