Travel Nurse Emergency Room / Pediatrics RN Night Shift Job

Registered Nurse – ER, located in Hilo, Hawaii, United States. This travel - temporary assignment starts on 10/26/2026 for approximately 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $1,840–$1,911 per week. Shift is 3x12-hour Nights. The setting is a hospital ER with a 28-bed department that includes 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms. arrival on the Thursday prior to start is required for employee health processing.

Weekly pay: $1,840–$1,911 per week

• Schedule: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly)
• Contract duration: ER in a hospital with 28-bed department (4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, 22 cardiac monitor rooms)
• Orientation: Must arrive the Thursday before start for employee health processing

Deliver emergency nursing care to adults and pediatrics in a high-volume ER, including triage and initial assessment.

• Monitor patient status, administer medications and therapies per orders, start and manage IVs, and operate monitoring equipment.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record; provide thorough handoffs at shift change.
• Support patient flow in a fast-paced environment, prepare patients for imaging or procedures, and assist with discharge planning and family education.

Active Hawaii RN license by start date

• ER nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work nights (3x12-hour shifts) and align with orientation schedule
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced 28-bed ER with trauma bays and cardiac monitor rooms
• Must be able to travel to Hilo, Hawaii for a temporary assignment and complete orientation requirements
