As a BCBA with Champions ABA - MA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Medford, MA. Our organization is dedicated to providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to help each individual reach their full potential.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our in-home ABA services team. As a BCBA with Champions ABA - MA, you will be responsible for providing individualized ABA treatment plans to our clients, age 2-22, and their families. Your expertise will help our clients develop skills in communication, social interaction, and adaptive behaviors.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients
Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support
Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
Maintain accurate records and reports
Participate in clinical supervision and meetings to ensure high-quality services
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
