FTE: 0.01 Shift: Day, Schedule: The LPN Behavioral Health is an excellent opportunity for licensed nursing team members to provide exceptional and comprehensive behavioral health care. As an LPN at MultiCare, you will sharpen your independent decision making skills, nurture your service-oriented characteristics, and allow your interpersonal skills to thrive. Working in collaboration with the RN and care team, you will ensure the best possible patient health care outcomes and experiences.
Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with the Washington State Practical Nurse Act
Commit to professional development as an integral part of nursing practice
Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff, and members of the health care team
Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS)
Previous LPN experience in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred

Providing mental health and substance use disorder treatment for adults, children and families with Medicaid coverage, Greater Lakes operates six convenient locations, including a 16-bed inpatient facility for voluntary and involuntary care.
