The Service Writer serves as a key point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for accurately documenting service needs, coordinating workflow, and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience from check-in to completion. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Greet customers and professionally assess service needs

Write clear, accurate service orders and work tickets

Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers

Maintain accurate records, invoices, and service documentation

Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions or concerns promptly

Previous experience as a service writer, service advisor, or in a related customer service role preferred

Basic computer skills and familiarity with service or repair software

Mechanical knowledge or experience in an automotive or service-related environment.
