Liqvora Capital is a growing real estate company focused on property operations, project coordination, and long-term business growth. We work in a professional and fast-moving environment centered around modern real estate projects, operational organization, and strong business relationships.

Position Overview

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support daily coordination, scheduling, communication, and operational organization.

This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable working closely with leadership while helping manage day-to-day business activities.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing schedules and daily coordination
  • Assisting with meetings, communication, and follow-ups
  • Supporting operational and administrative tasks
  • Helping organize ongoing projects and internal workflow
  • Coordinating with partners, vendors, and internal teams
  • Supporting leadership with day-to-day business operations
