Press Tender - 3rd Shift

We’re a 400+ strong team creating print and digital products for companies of all sizes, from Google and Airbnb to craft fair artists. Our global headquarters is in London, UK, with offices in Dagenham. Press operators run HP or Konica Minolta presses, managing print quality, routine maintenance, and production processes with minimal supervision. You will be part of the larger Manufacturing team at our East Providence facility.

Physical fitness - Stand for the whole shift, lift up to 55 lbs, bend and twist at waist and knees.

People skills - Good communicator, team player, ready to help and assist others.

Good work ethic - Time‑management, concentration, willingness to work overtime and on weekends as needed.

Mechanical aptitude - Troubleshoot press issues and perform minor repairs with service technicians.

Operate Konica Minolta and HP presses, managing print quality, routine maintenance, and production processes.

Utilize MOO business software systems for manufacturing.

Produce work in accordance with LEAN manufacturing principles.

Follow supervisor instructions and assist other workers in facility functions.
