Who You'll Serve

You'll serve seniors who look forward to meals as a highlight of their day - a time for connection, conversation, and care. Your presence helps create an environment where residents feel known, respected, and at home.

Provide courteous, attentive service to residents, guests, and team members

Set up dining room tables to create a welcoming environment

Take resident and guest orders and serve meals promptly with care

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards

Communicate effectively with residents, honoring their preferences and needs

Support a culture of respect, kindness, and hospitality in every interaction

Free meals during scheduled lunch shifts

Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ Department of Public Safety)

Food Handler's Card required (or obtained within 30 days of hire)

Previous food service experience preferred but not required
