Physical & Occupational Therapy: Physical Therapist

SportsCare & Armworks is excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Occupational or Physical therapist to join our large hand team with an enthusiastic attitude to grow and develop their skills as a hand therapist for immediate hire.

We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated therapist, whether a new graduate eager to start their career or an experienced professional who is clinically driven and works well within a team atmosphere. Available are a wide range of therapy equipment and gym space. Physical Therapists who apply are encouraged to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization and analytical skills, the talent for multi-tasking between assignments, and the composure and flexibility to keep up with a fast-paced work environment. It is worth noting that our clinicians are NOT responsible for completing insurance authorizations for their patients.

Qualifications Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.

Current state OR occupational/Physical therapy license, current CHT license, CPR certification.

Experience in splinting preferred, or a strong willingness to learn splinting techniques.

A therapist who is a coach, guide, and educator for patients.

Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience.

A passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy, and patient care.

Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi‑therapist team environment.

Responsibilities Provide 45‑minute one‑on‑one treatment sessions (approximately 11 treatments per day).

Create and maintain accurate charting within a scheduled charting slot.

Treat post‑traumatic, surgical, and repetitive strain injuries of the elbow, wrist, and hand.

Collaborate with a team of therapists and support staff in a fast‑paced environment.

Apply and maintain splinting techniques as needed.

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $93,000 – $109,000, dependent upon hand therapy experience.

Sign‑on bonus available based on experience and clinic fit.

$1,500 annual CEU allowance plus Medbridge subscription.
