Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Physical Therapist Director for an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Winchester, VA. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who wants to take on a larger leadership role while continuing to make a direct impact through patient care.
In this position, you will help lead the clinic’s daily clinical services, support the therapy team, and ensure patients receive clear, goal-based treatment. Your work will help patients improve mobility, regain strength, manage pain, and return to daily routines with better function and confidence.
Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide direct outpatient physical therapy treatment
Oversee daily clinical services and patient care flow
Support therapists and staff with treatment planning and clinical questions
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
Review documentation for accuracy, completion, and compliance
Help maintain an organized, professional, and patient-focused clinic setting
Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
Ability to lead with clear communication and sound judgment
