PRODUCTION HOURLY (GENERAL LABOR)

General Laborer
Location: Warren, OH
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Job Summary
A growing manufacturing and production facility in Warren, Ohio is seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join its team. This position involves supporting daily production operations by handling materials, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with various manufacturing tasks. No previous experience is required-training is provided for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities

Assist with general production and warehouse operations.
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
Operate basic production equipment following established procedures.
Inspect products for quality and report any defects.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
