Quality Assurance Checker

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting inspection and compliance activities. Job Title: Quality Inspector

Shift: 12-hour rotating shift from 6:30AM to 6:30PM

Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies according to inspection plans and specifications

Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers

Support the paper document archival process, including preparing pallets for shipment and scanning documents into electronic systems

Assist with special projects and ensure compliance with quality system regulations

High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry

Knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA standards is a plus

Ability to perform inspection tasks using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers

Hands-on experience with quality inspection processes
