RN/Registered Nurse Weekend - NIGHT SHIFT - Emergency Nursing

Medical/Surgical and Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical and Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. This role requires strong clinical skills in managing patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details

Shift: 4x12s, Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Patient Ratios: 1:6-1:7
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Floating: Required to float between like units as needed.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, with a focus on Medical/Surgical nursing.
Travel Experience: Candidates must have previous travel nursing experience; first-time travelers will not be considered.
Licensure: A South Carolina license or a Compact State license must be obtained prior to start.
Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
Special Requirements: Strong Med/Surg experience and familiarity with telemetry and dysrhythmia management are necessary.
Additional Requirements

Completion of all assigned training modules is mandatory before the start date.
Attendance at staff meetings is required.
Miscellaneous Information

Local Candidates: Considered for this position within a 60-mile radius, local applicants are accepted at a reduced rate.
Guaranteed Hours: The facility may call off one shift every two weeks if needed.
Call Out Policy: Following two call outs without medical documentation, the contract may be subject to cancellation.
Important Notice
During the hurricane season, all staff may be assigned to emergency response teams. It is advised to avoid confirming new assignments during this period, which runs from June through November, with heightened activity expected in August and September.
