Getman Orthodontics is looking for an ambitious Associate Orthodontist to join our established and growing practices in Arlington and Germantown, Tennessee. This is an exciting opportunity for an orthodontist who wants more than a typical associate position a chance to step into a busy, successful practice, make an immediate impact, and grow alongside an experienced team.

We are seeking a full-time orthodontist, 4 days per week , who is confident clinically, motivated professionally, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the practice. Whether you are an experienced orthodontist or recently completed residency, if you bring a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for exceptional patient care, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:
Open to all experience with a growth/leadership mindset.
Full-time opportunity (4 days per week w/ occasional Saturdays throughout the year).
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
Certificate of completion of residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program.
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state of Tennessee.
Strong communication and commitment to patient-centered care.
