We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to lead complex site investigations and design programs. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys a balance of high-level technical analysis, project management, and mentorship. You will be responsible for taking projects from the proposal stage through to final design and construction observation.

Develop comprehensive recommendations for shallow, deep, and specialty foundations, retaining walls, pavement sections, and slope stability

• Manage project lifecycles, including budgeting, scheduling, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients
• interpret field data and laboratory testing results to characterize soil and rock behavior
• Conduct rigorous technical reviews of reports, calculations, and materials testing data completed by staff engineers and technicians
• Coordinate with clients to understand project needs and prepare detailed technical proposals

S. in Civil Engineering (Required)

• 3 plus years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering
• Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., Strong technical writing skills and a collaborative mindset
