Title: Managed Services Sales Manager

Our client is a fast-growing technology solutions and services provider. As a result, their rapidly expanding Managed IT Services division is in need of a talented and dynamic sales manager who will further accelerate our growth by building and leading a world class sales organization

Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading a high-performing team of Copier Sales Representatives, IT Solutions Consultants, and Client Support Managers. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at sales strategy, team development, and client relationship management across both hardware and technology services.

Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their performance and drive continuous improvement.

Drive business development activities by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients for our managed IT services. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective pipeline management and qualification strategies.

Account Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional IT services. Conduct regular account reviews and provide exceptional customer service to drive client retention.

Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and formulate effective sales plans.

Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track individual and team performance. Implement corrective measures and strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical, operational, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations. Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive customer satisfaction and deliver successful outcomes.

Industry and Product Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our managed IT services and differentiate them in the market. Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and enhance competitive advantage.

Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to prospective clients. Tailor solutions to meet their specific business needs and demonstrate the value of our managed IT services.

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Five years’ proven experience in sales management, preferably in the IT services or technology industry.

Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other related solutions.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive sales professionals.

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics.

Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools. SalesForce.com is a plus.
