Senior Graphic Designer## •### @BrewersPosted on 1/14/2026•Full-time## Job DescriptionOverview**Summary** The Senior Graphic Designer position will serve as a lead designer for the Club and will work with the Director - Design Services and Creative Team to conceptualize and design projects across the entire organization. Primarily, the position will support digital aspects for Ticket Sales and Fan Engagement efforts through the ideation and design of forward-thinking creative concepts, ad campaigns and graphic elements that maintain the continuity of the Brewers brand across the entire marketing mix. Work with the Creative team to annually review and enhance/develop the brand identity and season-long look for the Club* Play a leading role in the conceptualization and development of creative concepts and design solutions for key Club initiatives and higher-profile marketing and branding communications* Responsible for the design of marketing, advertising and branding materials, such as, but not limited to: + Digital Advertising—heavy emphasis + Social Media + Print + Outdoor + Direct Mail + Signage + In-Stadium Graphics + Promotional Items/Packaging + Sales Collateral* Participate in brainstorming sessions for advertising and video campaigns and other advertising/marketing efforts for the Club* Participate in cross-functional committee meetings for key Club initiatives, representing the Design Team as the lead designer* Foster strong working relationships with vendors, printers, and team photographer* Assist with planning and execution of photo shoots* Manage seasonal Graphic Design Intern**Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be highly creative, possess strong initiative and be detail-oriented* A portfolio that demonstrates effective communication design strategies and standards in work* Strong communication skills and be able to provide clear direction and concise feedback when reviewing work* Good copywriting instincts and proofreading skills* Exceptional ability with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is necessary* Photo editing experience using Lightroom* Basic digital animation experience/knowledge a plus, but not required* Ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment* Adept knowledge of baseball and/or sports**Education and/or Experience**Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts and/or related field along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in same field.**We are a purpose-led organization, focused on building an inclusive and engaging culture that fosters excellence, collaboration and ingenuity.
