Overview A global manufacturing and technology company headquartered in Fairfield County is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its North American operations from Stamford, CT. You’ll join a lean legal team that values judgment, initiative, and collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives on variety—negotiating contracts in the morning, advising business leaders on compliance in the afternoon, and supporting transactions that shape the company’s future.

The Role Reporting to the General Counsel, the Corporate Counsel will handle a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.

Advise internal clients on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory issues.

Support M&A, joint-venture, and financing activities.

Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, IP, and employment matters.

Contribute to policy development, compliance training, and process improvement.

4-8 years of experience in corporate or commercial practice at a law firm or in-house.

Strong contract-drafting and negotiation skills.

Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office).
