Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care
Schedule : 20-30 hours per week | Flexible Scheduling | PTO
Our agency is a leading private pay New York State–licensed home care agency (LHCSA) dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized, and high-quality care to seniors and families throughout New York. Our team values professionalism, communication, and teamwork while providing flexibility and independence to our nurses.
We are seeking an outstanding Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. The RN will provide clinical supervision of home health aides, conduct patient in-home assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with our team to ensure continuity of care.
Competitive Compensation Commensurate with experience- Assessments, Reassessments, and Supervisions
Flexible Scheduling (20-30 hours per week)
Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Supervise, support, and train home health aides to maintain quality of care.
Document clinical findings and maintain compliance with agency and state regulations.
Availability to work some weekends as needed.
Active New York State RN license (required)
Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Nassau County, Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn
