Perform quality inspections and process control activities throughout the manufacturing process
Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen product quality and reduce risks
Work with suppliers and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Ensure quality compliance during new manufacturing line setups and process changes

Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; performing inspections to ensure products meet safety and quality standards
Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution — developing level; applying quality processes across production and distribution operations
analyzing quality issues and implementing practical solutions
working with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns
Customer Orientation — developing level; maintaining focus on delivering quality that meets customer expectations
Coaching — developing level; supporting team members in understanding and applying quality standards
coordinating with suppliers and internal partners on quality matters

S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $28.00 - $32.00 per hour. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
