Health Services Counselor

Driven by a deep sense of service, high standards of professionalism, and a responsibility to better the public good, we seek a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) to provide specialized care and guidance to help individuals overcome their struggles with addiction. The ideal candidate will encompass a thorough understanding of the psychological and physiological aspects of addiction to create a supportive environment that fosters recovery and personal growth. Under the general supervision of the Behavioral Health (BH) Clinical Supervisor, the CADC will support clients in leading fulfilling lives. The primary purpose of this position is to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, offer one-on-one counseling sessions, lead group therapy, and provide education on coping strategies and relapse prevention.

Monitor and document clients' progress throughout treatment.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Conduct outreach and prevention education within the community.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Completion of a recognized addiction counseling training program.
