Physician - Hematology and Oncology - Hematologist/Oncologist

St. Joseph s Regional Medical Center is actively recruiting a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our established Radiation Oncology, Cancer Center & Blood Institute team. About the position:

Low call volume infrequent hospital visits (
Call Schedule: 1 weekend/month and 1 3 weekday evening call shifts (4:30 p.m. 7:30 p.m.)
Care Model: Dedicated RN support for each provider (all clinical staff are RNs; no MAs); physician and NP follow the same patient panel together
Team: 2 Hem/Onc Physicians and 2 NPs
Schedule: 36 patient care hours, 4 hours admin (flexible)
Clinic Hours: 8a 4:30p M F
Dedicated phone triage nurse takes majority of first calls
Expected mature patient volume: 15+ /day; follow-up visits 30m /new 1h
EMR: Mosaiq
Qualifications:

BE/BC in Hematology/Oncology
Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Recruitment package may include:

• Compensation: Base salary starts at $535,000 or better + wRVU production incentive OR pure production
