Contract | Onsite | Mid Shift (14:00–00:00) | 7 days on / 7 days off | Every other weekend required | Holidays required when falling within scheduled work week
Key Responsibilities
Verify medication orders across multiple care areas including ER, ICU, Inpatient, Surgery, and Birth Center
Respond to code blue pages as needed
Answer provider questions regarding medications and clinical pharmacy matters
Check medication picks in coordination with pharmacy technician support
Utilize Cerner medication dispensing system for order management and documentation
Clock in and out at the facility for all shifts
Required Qualifications
Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License required
Ability to work a mid shift schedule (14:00–00:00) on a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation
Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled
Must live more than 80 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a multi-department hospital setting (ER, ICU, surgical, or obstetric environments)
Proficiency with Cerner pharmacy systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
