An established company in Rhode Island is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the charge in developing new processes and spearheading the creation of a new HR department. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years of HR management experience to make a significant impact within a growing organization.
Be a Leader: Take ownership of building an HR department from the ground up.
Collaborative Environment: Work cross-functionally with different departments to enhance HR initiatives.
Competitive Compensation: $105,000 - $110,000/year + annual bonus with full benefits.
Direct Hire: Role with a well-established company offering long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities for the Human Resource Manager: HR Department Development: Establish and refine HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management, handling conflict resolution and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitive offerings.
Safety Training & Compliance: Develop and administer safety training programs in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
Partner with leadership across departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications of the Human Resource Manager: 10+ years of HR management experience with a proven track record of leadership.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Experience in developing HR processes and implementing new strategies.
