The Warehouse Specialist supports daily warehouse operations at a designated distribution center or cross-dock facility. This role works alongside and provides guidance to a team of Warehouse Associates to ensure operational goals are met. In addition to performing core warehouse functions, the Warehouse Specialist supports Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes, helps maintain accurate inventory records, and partners closely with the Operations Manager, Warehouse to drive efficiency, accuracy, and team performance.

Customer Focus

Operates all material handling equipment in a safe manner

Communicating any issues to the supervisor that can arise from loading and unloading

Participate in daily inventory processes, auditing and researching discrepancies

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Ability to work overtime (as needed) to meet operational and customer demands

Ability to maintain performance in a fast‑paced environment

Two (2) years or more of experience in logistics, warehouse, or industry‑related field preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and stand for long periods of time, communicate effectively with coworkers and outside stakeholders in person both on the telephone and via email and other computer‑related messaging. This position may require extended work hours and travel.?
