Eaglestone is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to support our Midwest territory. Louis who are skilled in building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and bringing a strategic, adaptable approach to their work. In this role, you will go beyond closing deals-you'll work closely with leadership to support key sales initiatives, develop design proposals, and stay current on market trends. This position plays a direct role in driving Eaglestone's continued growth while offering a balanced and flexible work environment.

In return, Eaglestone offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and quarterly production bonuses with base salary total annual on target potential between 180-190k along with the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment where Engineering, Production, and Sales maintain a strong partnership.

This role is responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, preparing quotes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a driven, technically savvy sales professional who combines a hunter mentality with strong relationship‑building skills. You are comfortable navigating complex and custom solutions and partnering closely with engineering and production teams to deliver value to customers.

You thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment , are highly self‑motivated, and take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing business. Experience in conveyors, automation, or related manufacturing industries , along with a curiosity for how things are designed and built, will set you apart.

Execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base

Collaborate with engineering, applications, production, sales, and leadership teams to develop solutions aligned with business objectives

Travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and services

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to leadership

Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales activities

Prepare timely and accurate quotes for customer projects

Assist with AutoCAD drawings as needed

Support additional sales‑related activities as assigned

3+ years of technical or field sales experience in manufacturing, preferably with conveyor systems, industrial automation, or capital equipment. Sales application engineering experience is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment

Automation experience highly preferred

Proficiency with CRM tools

Willingness to travel up to 50%

Reliable transportation to travel to customer sites
