Job Description

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Sewing Associate in Greenville, SC. Our client manufactures high quality medical products. The Sewing Associate is responsible for operating and tending sewing machines in order to perform sewing operations.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5 am to 1:30 pm / Friday, 5 am to 1 pm

Pay: $17/hr

Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines

Draw thread through guides, tensions, and needles as well as adjust industrial sewing machine functions.

Replaces and re-threads needles.

Observes sewing machine operation.

Selects supplies, such as fasteners and thread, according to specifications.

Cuts material and threads, using scissors.

Job Requirements

MUST have at least one year of industrial sewing experience.

Sit for long periods of time.

Constant hand and arm movement.

Lift up to 15+ lbs.

Conducting (drug screening and/or background check) report inquiries may be necessary for employment purposes.
