GGG companies provide strength in sourcing, insurance, finance, logistics, food safety and information technology, and supplies the needs of retailers, distributors, foodservice chains, hotels, cruise lines, and food manufacturers alike.Provide prompt and efficient technical support on computer systems and applications at companies located in Madison, NJ, Elizabeth, NJ, Lakewood, NJ. Troubleshoot problems and communicate on the appropriate action in a customer-oriented manner.Essential Functions and ProjectsServe as first point of contact for technical assistance in person, via phone, e-mail, Teams, Service DeskDiagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issuesResearch questions using available information resourcesAdvise user on issue and resolution processFollow standard help desk proceduresLog all help desk interactionsInstall/configure computers & printersEscalate requests to next level supportIdentify and escalate situations requiring urgent attentionTrack and route problems and requests and document resolutionsInform management of recurring problemsSkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred with IT or Computer Science major requiredWorking knowledge and experience of computer, printers, software, network, IT security, Windows OS, Office 365Must be able to move/lift computers, monitors, and printersExcellent communication skills, customer orientedFollow up standard procedures before making any changesAbility to work well under pressureCustomer orientedSalary Range: $55,000 - $65,000, plus bonus. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ in Q1 of 2027.
