Position Overview
As a Beau’s Bar Bartender, you will craft high-quality cocktails while engaging with Yellow Rose customers in Beau’s Bar and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. You will create memorable guest experiences by connecting with guests and showing off your passions with mixology!

Your Responsibilities

You are customer driven.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and adhering to recipes and presentation standards.

Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming inclusive environment.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage inventory and restock supplies.

Stepping out from behind the bar to attend to the customers who are shopping around the store.

Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.

Uphold all liquor laws and regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications/Skills:

Accomplished mixologist

High school diploma or GED

At least 1 year of bartending experience

Must be 21+ and hold a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one

Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends

Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly approachable demeanor

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures

Must have a flexible schedule

Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs. for restocking and receiving shipments

Problem-solving skills

Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries and laws

Calm under pressure

Able to maintain restraint in stressful situations
