As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes in the Cave Creek, AZ area.
About the Role: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing medication reminders and assistance with medications
Preparing meals and snacks
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Maintaining a safe and clean environment
Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
Responsibilities: Patient Care: Assist with daily living activities, provide medication reminders, and deliver personalized care to our clients.
Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Housekeeping: Maintain a safe and clean environment for our clients.
Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Mobility and Transfers: Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field
Work Schedule: Part-time and full-time schedules available
