Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA services to children with autism.

Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.

Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.

Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

ABA experience (RBT background is a plus for new BCBAs).

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic‑based setting.

Passion for ethical, client‑centered ABA in a team‑focused environment.
