Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience with cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
Ability to manage a high-acuity patient population in a fast-paced environment
