Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine care needs.

Administer IV medications and manage wound care, including post-operative care.

Monitor telemetry and maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.

Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to ensure a secure environment for patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current RN license and relevant certifications.

Experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
