The Sandtrap Sports Bar & Grill has been a neighborhood favorite in South KC since 1999. We’re known for our Italian-inspired daily specials, pub-style favorites, and the personal touches that come with being family-owned and operated. Every dish that leaves our kitchen reflects the same quality and care we’ve built our reputation on.
What You’ll Do Prepare and cook menu items to Sandtraps’ quality and presentation standards .

Work efficiently on the line during high-volume shifts.

Assist with daily prep, stocking, and station setup.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards .

Communicate and coordinate with fellow cooks and FOH staff to keep service running smoothly.

Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.

What We’re Looking For Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person .

Ability to work under pressure and stay organized during busy shifts.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Must be reliable, punctual, and passionate about great food .

Available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
