Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a Process Engineer responsible for all primary manufacturing areas including Deposition and Photolithography.

Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls, NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!

Using a team-oriented approach, develop new or revise existing processes to improve yields, improve product quality and reduce manufacturing costs.

Work with production and maintenance technician staff members to identify capital equipment requirements, develop a project plan to address these requirements and manage the project through final implementation and release to production.

Train production, maintenance technician and other engineering personnel as required.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials or Ceramic engineering is required

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience with Vacuum technology, Photolithography, and Thin Film Deposition, Sputtering experience is a plus
• High level of mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality required
