$21 per hour - Full-Time Schedule Independent Living and/or Skilled Nursing Facility
Typical work scheduled to be determined based on assignment Kitchen closes by 8:00 pm most nights

Job Responsibilities
Prepares all food and menu items according to Executive Chef guidance, standardized recipes and special dietary orders, including soups, appetizers, sides, and main dishes
Ensures consistent excellence in quality, temperature and presentation of all food
Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
Complies with standards for personal hygiene and dress code
Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of kitchen tools and equipment
Works collaboratively and cooperatively with FOH to provide quality services to our residents
Qualifications
~ At least 3 years' experience working as a prep/line cook in hotel, restaurant, country club or other similar industry

Somerfield Health Center is a 5-star rated skilled nursing facility and assisted living facility providing excellent dietary services to the residents.
