The SMT Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure compliance with IPC standards, customer specifications, and internal quality requirements. This role supports Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production by performing visual and mechanical inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and experienced in electronics manufacturing inspection processes.

~Quality Inspectors Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
- Inspection & Quality Control: -Perform visual inspection of SMT and through-hole PCB assemblies
- Use microscopes, magnifiers, and inspection equipment to ensure workmanship standards are met
- Work closely with SMT operators, rework technicians, and production staff
- Communicate quality concerns clearly and professionally
- Assist in training production employees on workmanship standards
~ Quality Inspectors Qualifications:
Previous experience in quality inspection, electronics manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred.
Ability to use basic measuring and inspection tools and accurately record inspection results.
