Must-Have: Previous charge experience required, Patient ratio experience required: 1:6, capable of 1:5 to 1:7, Proficient in EPIC

Candidates must have a New York nursing license in hand. Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility. This unit handles complex care patients, including those with orthopedic overflow and long-term complications. Skills required include telemetry monitoring, rapid response/code team involvement, pacemaker management, and feeding tube care. Experience in blood product administration, central line management, phlebotomy, and peripheral line care is necessary. Experience with orthopedic trauma, total joint replacements, and surgical drains is essential. Isolation precautions and wound care knowledge are necessary for this position. Floating to different units may be required. This is a tertiary care hospital with a total of 528 staffed beds. Medical, dental & vision insurance
