Torsap Thai Kitchen
Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items
Maintain consistency in taste, portion and presentation
Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards.
Oversee one or more stations on the line
Ensure all prep work is completed
Step in on any station when needed to keep service flowing.
Guide and mento line and prep cooks
Help train new kitchen staff on recipes, safety and techniques.
Ensure food is prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.
Assist with inventory
Help with ordering
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Skills
