Bartender - Restaurant/Bar

Bartender Position
The Bartender at The Fish Market is primarily responsible for delivering hospitality and extraordinary service to bar guests and for mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages according to Company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant. This position is also responsible for cleanliness and safety of the bar area.
17.75 per hour plus tips

• Flexible schedule
• Prepare and serve beverages consistently adhering to all recipe standards.

Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Anticipate guests' needs and exceed guest service expectations.
Take orders, serve bar patrons, and process payment.
Restock and replenish bar inventory.
Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift.

Minimum 1+ years' bartending experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine).
Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.
A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
Must be of legal age to pour and serve alcohol.
Food Handler Certification.
