Phlebotomist and Phlebotomy Supervisor

Job Title: Phlebotomist/MA Mobile Supervisor Location: Pay: $17.50–$25/hour (based on experience) + bonus opportunities up to $3,000
Schedule: 6–10 hour shifts, including weekends; Seeking a hands-on Phlebotomist/MA Mobile Supervisor to lead by example in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment. As a Phlebotomist/MA Mobile Supervisor , you will work side by side with your team while also overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This Phlebotomist/MA Mobile Supervisor role is ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership and direct patient interaction.

Supervise, coach, and motivate team members as a Phlebotomist/MA Mobile Supervisor
Perform phlebotomy, vital signs, donor screening, and registration
Support training and onboarding of new team members
Manage inventory and supplies for mobile operations
Travel to various mobile drive locations as needed

High school diploma or equivalent required; Prior healthcare, phlebotomy, or MA experience preferred but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willingness to obtain CDL

• Draw blood for tests, transfusions, donations, or research. Dispose of contaminated sharps, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and policies.
• Dispose of blood or other biohazard fluids or tissue, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, or policies.
• Process blood or other fluid samples for further analysis by other medical professionals.
• Document route of specimens from collection to laboratory analysis and diagnosis.
• Transport specimens or fluid samples from collection sites to laboratories.
• Explain fluid or tissue collection procedures to patients.
• Train other medical personnel in phlebotomy or laboratory techniques.
• Collect fluid or tissue samples, using appropriate collection procedures.
• Enter patient, specimen, insurance, or billing information into computer.
